1. No RefundsAll payments made to PXL Studio are final and non-refundable.
Once an order, service, or project has been initiated or delivered, the client is not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
2. No ReturnsSince PXL Studio provides digital services and delivered files, all work is considered final.
Digital products, designs, websites, branding materials, and any other deliverables cannot be returned.
3. No CancellationsOnce a project has started or a service has been booked, the client cannot cancel the order.
Work begins immediately after confirmation, and resources are allocated to your project.
4. Project RevisionsWhile we do not offer refunds or cancellations, clients may request revisions within the scope of the chosen package.
Any additional changes beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.
5. Client ResponsibilityClients are responsible for reviewing project details, samples, timelines, and requirements before making payment. By proceeding with a payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
